How do I create a Chargd TV account? ›
Click the Sign Up or Join button on the site, enter your email,
create a password, and follow the steps to choose your subscription plan. Once checkout is complete,
you can log in and start watching instantly.
Where do I pick my subscription plan? ›
On the sign-up page you’ll see our different plans (Base, High, Full). Choose the plan that fits you,
complete payment, and your plan will be active right away.
When will I be charged for my subscription? ›
You’re charged at checkout for your first billing period (for example, monthly).
After that, your plan renews automatically on the same day each billing cycle unless you cancel.

How do I update my payment method? ›
Log into your account, go to Account or Billing, and look for
Update payment method. From there you can add a new card and save it for future
renewals.
How do I change or cancel my subscription? ›
Go to your Account page and open your Subscriptions section.
From there you can switch plans (for example from Base to Full) or cancel auto-renew.
Your access will usually remain active until the end of your current billing period.
I was charged but can’t watch – what should I do? ›
First, make sure you’re logged in with the same email you used at checkout.
If it still shows as “free” or “no plan”, grab a screenshot of your receipt and
contact support so we can fix your access.

Why does my video keep buffering or pausing? ›
Try these steps:
– Refresh the page and try again.
– Close other apps or tabs using heavy internet.
– Switch from Wi-Fi to wired (or move closer to your router).
– If available, lower the quality setting in the player.

What devices can I use to watch Chargd TV? ›
You can watch on most modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) on desktop or mobile.
Many smart TVs can also access Chargd TV using their built-in browser or screen-casting
from your phone or computer.
Why won’t my video play at all? ›
Check that you’re logged in, your subscription is active, and try:
– Hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R).
– Trying a different browser.
– Disabling VPN/ad-blockers for the page.
If you still see an error message, screenshot it and send it to support.

Content, seasons & shows
Library
How are seasons and episodes organized? ›
Shows are grouped by Season (S1, S2, etc.) and episodes are labeled
S1E1, S1E2, and so on. Many shows also have trailers or reunion
specials that live in the same show collection.
Why is a trailer or episode locked? ›
Locked content usually means it’s part of our paid library. Make sure you’re logged in with
an active plan that includes that show. If you think it should be open on your plan, reach out
so we can check your access.
How often do you add new shows or episodes? ›
We add new content on a recurring basis. Keep an eye on the home page and featured banners to
see the latest seasons, movies, and reality shows as they drop.
Troubleshooting & technical issues
Support
I can’t log in / forgot my password. ›
Use the Forgot password link on the login page, enter your email,
and check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset email. If you don’t receive anything
within a few minutes, contact support and we’ll help you regain access.
The site layout looks broken on my phone. ›
First, close and reopen your browser, then try again. Make sure your phone’s software
and browser are fully updated. If it still looks off, send us your device, browser,
and screenshots so we can fix the issue.
My payment went through but my plan says “free”. ›
This can sometimes happen if there’s a delay syncing your subscription. Log out and back in.
If it still shows “free”, send us your email and proof of payment so we can activate it manually.

How long does it take to get a response? ›
Response times can vary, but we aim to reply as quickly as possible during our normal support hours.
If your issue is urgent (for example, you can’t access a paid plan), please mention “URGENT” in your subject line.
