Home Health Chronicles - S1 E1 - First Shift

Dr. Sincere “Seven” Hart is one of the few home health therapists still making house calls in COVID-stricken Washington, D.C. On what should be a routine Friday, his day explodes into chaos as he races across all four quadrants of the city—treating vulnerable patients, dodging infection, and unknowingly getting tangled in the dirty “work” of two dangerous criminals.

Tracked by his agency, shadowed by two suspects, and watched by detectives chasing a citywide corruption ring, Sincere becomes the center of a deadly game he never signed up for. As he documents everything in a manuscript called The Home Health Chronicles for his isolated family and friends, one question hangs over the entire day:
